We are introducing a new cancellation policy to address the volume of late cancellation and missed appointments. Our new policy means you’ll be asked to enter your card details to secure your appointment the next time you book. No payment will be taken unless you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or don’t show up or let us know.
This won’t impact the majority of our clients and we hope you can understand this is a necessary step to protect our business in these challenging times.
We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep clients and stylists on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate or complete in the remaining time frame. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. Here at Daniel Rymer Barbering Specialists we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required.
